Many people are dealing with the crash of loan modification problem. Even, Art Fried, an entrepreneur is one of them who were on the verge of losing their home because of failure in loan modification. In early 2009, the Federal Government introduced a program where they would help fund loan modifications; they pledged billions of dollars to try and help stop or at least slow down the foreclosure epidemic that was sweeping across America. It gave Art Fried a new hope and he immediately got what information was available and was one of the first to submit an application to get a modification to his mortgage and to hopefully save his home. Unfortunately, he was not successful in his efforts and decided to give his home back to his lender, unaware of the fact that his lender stood to make more money foreclosing on his property versus negotiating with him for better terms.
However, from this experience, Art Fried gained confidence and started learning more about loan modification. Art Fried started helping people who had the same problem and he successfully modified many mortgages and helped people in saving their homes. From that small beginning and word of mouth, his phone started ringing and he saw the potential to do what he have always done… start a business that is win-win based. He started of with the creation of We Buy Homes In AZ, LLC, a company that helps Americans who has fallen behind on their mortgage payments and risk losing their homes to foreclosure.
Art Fried started Your Loan Adjusted, LLC, a subsidiary of We Buy Homes In AZ, LLC,did a web page and some advertising and got busy helping people save their homes. He really saw the Loan Modification program as a wonderful opportunity to help people to get back on feet and to stop foreclosure of the homes that they had worked hard to get.
Also during his advertising days Art Fried handled a myriad of nationally and locally based businesses and his crowning achievements were spear heading the Advertising Campaign that rolled out Tofutti, the number one selling nondairy dessert and his long standing relationships with Pepperidge Farms, Baldwin Piano’s and Ethan Allen.
